Conference room facilities

Char-Chars offers a light and airy conference room on the second floor of the shop that can be used for meetings or exhibitions.

Our private room can seat comfortably up to 12 in board room style, or 15 in a theatre layout.

The room is equipped with a wireless internet connections, a digital AV projector for PC presentations, and a flipchart and pens are available on request.

Our premises are in the heart of Dorchester, located on the main shopping street and within minutes walk of both bus and train stations.

When making a booking we will require details of the room set-up, equipment requirements, delegate numbers, and payment method. We will confirm your booking by email.
